To deliver your order, post your samples, answer your questions, and, only if you opt in, to send you news and offers. Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest, and consent for marketing.

Who we share it with

Our delivery partners and the manufacturer (to fulfil your order), our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), our e-mail platform (Klaviyo) and analytics providers (Google, Meta) where you have consented.

How long

Order records for 7 years for tax purposes. Sample requests for 24 months. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on 0800 368 8914. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
