Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Solera, a trading name of Vasto Divani Limited (company number 10640038, registered office 21 Station Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 1QD).

1. Ordering

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the delivery date. Prices include VAT at the current rate. If a pricing error is obvious we will contact you before dispatch.

2. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order by card or PayPal. We do not currently offer credit or finance.

3. Delivery

See our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Cancellation and returns

See our Returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Guarantee

6. Product descriptions

Dimensions are given in centimetres and may vary by up to 2 cm. Fabric colours on screen are a guide; order free samples to see them in your home.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
