Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to return the goods.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us by phone on 0800 368 8914 or by e-mail, quoting your order number.

Condition of goods

Please keep the furniture in the condition you received it and, where possible, keep the packaging. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been used beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Being finalised. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. We arrange collection of unwanted furniture; the collection charge is being confirmed and will be stated here and on your order confirmation.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the payment method you used.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away. Repair, replacement or refund is at no cost to you, in line with your statutory rights.
